As having been a teenage smoker that easily gave up. I fancied a fag tonight but my bitchy Sammy wouldn't part with a wee Lambert and butler despite the fact that I preffered wee regals I used to like the red ones.
Anyway she hid her flags and threw her cinnamon flavoured e cig at me, I must say it's so enjoyable,I smoked between the ages of 14 and stopped at 20. I'm 50 now. The e cig is a great smoke I'm hooked already and the cinnamon is the fetching dogs . Anyway will it be ok to smoke my (sammys) e cig in the cab or do I have to get out and use it. Thanks. Chris.

I can do cinnamon smoke hoops with it too , hears to healthy smoking. They do energy drink flavour too great for the busy rugby weekend coming up.g

If you haven't smoked for 30 years I would suggest that you don't start on the ecigs now. As for using one in you car, i would check with your LO. In my area it is not permitted to use them in the car.

In Edinburgh its legal tu use your E-Cig within the cab, I checked with Cab office, they okay'd it

Or get some glycerine and menthol crystals from the chemist. Dilute gycerine 20% with water or vodka (gives more of a throat hit) add a few crystals and you have your own home made menthol e-liquid. Works out at just over £1 for 120ml.

That's because your council don't know the law, they cannot be brought under any smoking legislation, I use mine in the cab and passengers even ask if they can and the answer is yes

It is a condition of the license.

Makes no difference if its a condition of anything they don't come under any smoking laws, that's why the government cannot tax them

It's not smoking so how can they make it a condition of a licence? Your council need a kick right in the balls.

The condition does not mention smoking it just states that ecigs are not permitted to be used in the same way that it states that sandles can't be worn on your feet.

Correct. Rightly or wrongly, they can ban them in the same way as baseball caps or string vests for example.

The local trade could appeal it as an unreasonable condition but success isn't guaranteed.

I'd use one and say, "take me to court." If you can't vape in the car you can't use an inhaler while in the car, after all the same ingredients are in a inhaler also, if you want to give up smoking via the chewing gum with nicotine you can't use that because it's got nicotine added.

I'd love a crack at them.
