Anyway had a visit last night from keyboeard hardman Milne, or was it his alter ego WKF? Seems he's been reduced to issuing threats, little more than concrete proof of his real identity and the desperation he's in. Saddo doesn't realise that I'm not the real threat to him. To me he is just an insignificant, lying irritant with ne'er a brain cell to call his own. But to others ....
Anyway this sack of merde told me I was telling lies about him. He says I worked for him for three weeks, the rental was £120 and that it was 7 years ago. Now this is interesting, because to remember this much detail he must have referred to his books.
My records show that I worked for him for one week. I paid him £180 as I stated previously, entered into my records on 10/02/01, week 45 in my accounts.
The guy I had driven for previously put me in touch with another owner who wanted £200. I went with Milne because it was cheaper by £20 and he was a "pal" of a rellie. When he unilaterally and retrospectively upped the rental to £200 I binned him, contacted the other guy and started the floowing night. I drove for him for three years until he sold out to develop other interests.
Now the interesting thing here is that if I entered the amount of £200, and he entered the amount of £120 then he has perpetrated a fraud. I know my records are accurate and have nothing to lose. So, why don't we both toddle down to the Revenue and ask them to investigate who's lying here? Indeed, I may just do it anyway. The tax may not be reclaimable but there is no limitation on defrauding the Revenue
Ross, the man is a liar, you'd do well to watch how you protect him, lest you're drawn into the cesspit that he is.
It's episodes like this why drivers should always have the right to drive their own vehicle. Because there are a number of owners, not all, who behave abominably and treat drivers the same.
As for cablag. You've just got to grow up. Your brain is addled. You've never uttered a single sensible word yet you decry me for arguing for justice in our trade. The same justice that exists in over two thirds of the rest of the country. But keep saying and your pals will believe you. But remember, this fight is only ever going one way. The case for de-restriction is overwhelming.
Then there's the rest of the numpties who have come onto fasties and supported my being banned. Oh dear. Enjoy your new found freedom to think according to Gladstone. But remember, The Skull and Taylor, even now, could argue the case to maintain the status quo better than all of you put together. And we don't even believe in it. That's how bad you are. That's why you will be defeated.
