or they parked up
Mr nekoo got out of his cab ,or both did, they did or didn't have a fight .
Mr nolan for whatever reason got back in his cab,he drove at mr neekoo to cause him harm,or he was trying to get out of there and mr neekoo kept blocking his path and he (nolan)no longer wanted any further confrontation or his cab damaged(weve all been there) and the swerving was simple his attempts to avoid this.
perhaps mr neekoo simply fell as they played chicken and nolan was unable to stop.

truth is we will never know.
but i'm of the opinion that neither would run over each other deliberately, panic and stupidity on both sides.
murder ma ass.
anyway i think as far as the legals go,its all part of the game.
he will win on appeal,no doubt really in my mind.
if they had taken the lesser option of manslaughter it would have been a slam dunk, with a loss on appeal.
however this is not murder, no way hosanna, its little wonder a jury found him guilty, the definition of murder was probably explained to them but the concept simply rolled over them as they brought in there own morals and systems into play in the jury room.
any way this is the [edited by admin] that happens, when people lose control.
a couple of arseeholess imo big men trotting of for a square go ffs at there age really, clowns

One question that seems to be raised quite a lot is the "22 metres from his taxi", well after speaking to an aquaintance who was at the trial here is there explanation (although they drew me a diagram to explain it to me) I will try my best......... mr nekoos taxi was parked at the back of mr Nolans, mr nekoo got out his cab to speak/fight with mr nolan but mr nolan never got out his cab but drove of turned his cab and drove at mr nekoo who because he was out of his cab moved back towards his own cab mr nolan having not made any connection with anybody or anything at this time then performed another turn and drove back at mr nekoo and his taxi and at this point he clipped the door of mr nekoos taxi, mr nekoo then must have realised what mr nolans intention was by now and must have decided to run and mr nolan then pursued him and at this point there was an impact and then mr nolan drove out of the park leaving mr nekoo to die a painful death, all in all this took 12 seconds, enough time to rob two familys of there loved ones.

What was stopping Nekoo getting back into to his car? Remember, Nekoo's car was parked at the rear of Nolan's taxi with the engine still running. Oh and I think your description of events doesn't add up, who the fu*k tries to outrun a taxi, when their own vehicle is sitting behind the taxi in front? :?

I know you're not big on answering questions Mr. Goalie but as far a I can see, this was the point that everything got out of hand.

As someone from the south, not really involved, I am sure and also surprised that Sussex has not already stated the obvious, that , if both had had, like us compulsory CCTV, many of the unanswered questions would have been answered.

Oh and Mr. Goalie, all Neckoo had to do was to put his vehicle between himself, and Nolan's taxi but no. Nekoo decided to run into an open space to be run over? #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o

Mr Revels, who has been driving for hire for some 15 years, was called by Nolan's legal team as a defence witness. He described how he and another private hire car were accidentally dispatched to pick up the same early morning fare some time during the autumn of 2010.

The same Mr Revels that didnt make a statement until January of this year!!!!!
The same Mr Revels that plays 5 a side football with Nolan!!!!!!
The same Mr revels that said he recognised Mr Nekoo from his pictures in the papers, well correct me if im wrong here but after the incident back in march 2012 and then again when it reached court in 2013 that was the only time Mr Nekoos picture was in the papers, so either it took a long time for it to sink in with Mr Revels that long in fact that it took him 9 months to make a statement relating to an incident that allegedly took place a very long time before then!!!!!!

Well, it looks like the Goalie has run away. He came onto this forum to set us all straight and ended up raising more questions about Mr. Nekoo than he cared to answer?

I dont do walking away Gary but I am a very busy man and i dont spend a lot of it at a keyboard but i will answer anything you care to ask me (if I can) but do me a favour ask the questions on at a time.

As a total outsider, I'm flabbergasted as how anyone can take this as gospel considering there were no other witnesses.

If I thought a taxi was trying to run me over and end my life and there was a natural obstruction in easy reach, such as my own [edited by admin] car....I know what I would try and do! You wouldn't even have to get in it!
