There are also various licence issues I see coming into play and in the USA this has already been challenged and the companies fined.
The other issue is with so many apps (no not the ones your companies uses to allow customers to book directly onto your system) but the Halo type ones, it will not be long before the market place becomes saturated with these types of apps and which one should the customer use? If I was pushing such an APP I would want one that has drivers in every main UK city, not just a couple of cities, this way it would work.
Interesting times ahead I think.
Id definately say 2,3 and 4, nothing stops anyone in a rank using it. Still not got round to giving it a go yet, nothing to loose.
Wondering if the silence on this topic from users regarding the pros means its worth having.
