well...........i know but ross doesnt seem to know that the council dont give a [edited by admin] about flawed reports....thier just produced to back up a decision made yonks ago.
take the airport for example and the notices that are pinned to the shelter........same thing, decisions have been made then they get the evidence to justify thier actions.......poor ross no clue really
