The enforcement officer is a joke,

Do you have evidence of this or is it speculation?

If i had evidence i would have kicked a stink so big, the whole council would have collapsed, i once confronted him and told him and he started shaking like he had parkinsons diesease, and all he said after about 40 seconds of silence was "prove it". 10 minutes after our little conversation one PH operator telephoned me and told me to watch my back, i didnt even mention any names but the officer has obviously panicked as i have rattled his cage. I told him that "when i do get the evidence, i will make sure that i hammer the final nail when they crucify you......c**t"

Those were my exact words

So if you don't have evidence how do you know? If a driver has a record for a sex offence they would be on the sex offenders register and that can be checked. Once you have that evidence you go to the papers with it

There'll be a record there somewhere it's just a matter of obtaining it. As for whether they will still be on the sex offenders register I don't know cos I don't know how long they have to stay on it for. You have 'Sarah's Law' as one way of checking it but that has only just been rolled out nationally so not sure how long you'd have to wait to get the info required to do the check. If your concern is genuine then seek out a repoter who is sympathetic to your principals who knows what they might find. The story re the rape may have already been in the papers so check the archives :-|

i am lookng after things in burnley on behalf of GMB and will give them a call in the morning to see if they can help.

me and Charles Oakes have stirred up some trouble in the council, we dont take any s**t off them for anything, if something needs to be said, then you can bet your life it will be said, without the mincing of any words.

I wish you well, but if you are going to call people racist and/or corrupt, would you be so kind as to do it in the local paper, or a direct e-mail to the Chief Exec giving him your evidence.

the sex offenders register is a new thing, old offences wont be registered

Quote:
In the United Kingdom, the Violent and Sex Offender Register (ViSOR) is a database of records of those required to register with the Police under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, those jailed for more than 12 months for violent offences, and unconvicted people simply thought to be at risk of offending. In response to a Freedom of Information Act request in 2009, for example, Greater Manchester Police reported that of 16 people in their area placed on ViSOR since 2007, 4 (25%) had not been convicted.[1] The Register can be accessed by the Police, National Probation Service, and HM Prison Service personnel. Private companies running prisons are also granted access. [2] It is managed by the National Policing Improvement Agency of the Home Office.

Home Office not attending all immigration hearings

More than 17,000 appeals against immigration decisions were won last year without a Home Office worker attending hearings, figures reveal.

In all, 36% of appeals in 2009 were not attended by a representative, compared with 24% in 2008, according to government statistics.

Immigration minister Damian Green said he was working to ensure resources were targeted "more effectively".

The volume of appeals has increased in recent years.

The figures, released in a parliamentary written answer, show 17,473 migrants won their appeals at hearings at which the Home Office was not represented by an official in 2009.
'Harm reduction'

The volume of appeals peaked at more than 188,000 in 2008/9.

But the introduction of an administrative review process for some entry clearance casework cut this to about 160,000 the following year.

Mr Green said: "Public protection and harm reduction will remain the UK Border Agency's primary consideration when deciding on operational issues.

"Our appeal process is designed so that many appeals should be and are determined on the documentary evidence without a need for representation."

He added: "I made clear when I launched the Asylum Improvement Project, the government is committed to improving the immigration system so we target our resources more effectively - including in court.

"As part of this, we must focus our resources on defending the right cases in court. This is why we represent in over 90% of asylum, bail, deportations and high harm cases and why team managers carefully scrutinise and identify suitable cases to proceed without representation.

Screw the lawyers, I and Million more Brits have worked hard , paid our taxes and NI contributions and council charges for all of our working lives in the hope that we could build a better britain for our children...why the F**k should any of these people come over here by the hundreds of thousands annually, swamping our systems, using up the housing stock and fighting us and our children for whatever work their is..prior to arrival they never put a penny into building this country and yet they are given it all for nothing at our expense and also our childrens expense...

If we moved to Canada, Australia, New zealand or anywhere else for that matter we would need to prove that we had the financial backing to allow us to support ourselves when we get there.....so why should these freeloaders get into a near bankrupt britain just to keep the lawyers rich and to make the politicians appear righteous.
