I did this the other week, cos I posted a link for Chris, but for the life of me I can't remember how I did it. I think a coffee is in order :D

The problem in Solihull on a weekend night is that the LOs allow the PHVs to rank up opposite the main town taxi rank.

Nothing wrong with that, so they say.
