Fine, then don't. Your entitled to your opinion.
Personally I think it would be more fitting on a BNP forum.

This forum is nothing to do with the BNP my original message was stating that i was pleased to hear that a new firm has taking over at manchester airport from 1st may and that i will be looking forward to what i hope will be a much better service than that currently in place, it just isnt the fact that the current set up cant speak english, drive the right way or even do it without trying to rip me off but they dress as if they are going to a fancy dress party.

On top of this i often have to wait along time to get one of the taxis at the airport as there is a queue of people waiting to get one.

We used Arrow on Saturday night to get five of us from town to Headingley for a party, then my boyfriend and I used them to get back to Gipton. Very good service. We called and requested a six seater, which arrived some fifteen minutes later - given that it was just after 9pm on a Saturday night, I was very impressed that it turned up so quickly! The driver was pleasant and didn't mind waiting for the stragglers in our party to get up the road. Similarly coming back, we were told half an hour to wait for our taxi home - again not bad for 1am on a Saturday night! The driver was very patient and didn't mind my drunken self inisisting on saying goodbye to everyone at the party before we eventually stumbled out the front door. He was pleasant, asked for our postcode and then asked if we wanted to tell him the way home or would we rather let the TomTom do it. Having no idea where we were, we let the TomTom do it's work and 15 minutes later, we were home. The driver made pleasant conversation on the way home and it was such a huge change from the other taxi firms I've reviewed where I or my boyfriend have had to give the simplest of directions (towards St James's from town isn't hard really, is it?) All in all a pleasant company to use, I'd definitely consider using them again - at least they seem to know where they're going!

I cant understand why the airport doesnt imsose a standard uniform or dress code for taxi drivers that work from there as ive seen all sorts of daft dresses that they wear its ridiculous.

I dont think you guys posting on here have got my message, its not the price im really bothered about is the quality of the service, i expect to be at least driven the right way and not deliberately ripped off, the manchester airport black cab drivers look to me like they are more appropriately dressed to ride a camel rateher than a taxi.

Mate, mate, mate I'm going to wee on your chips here, Arrow Cars at East Midlands Airport charge much more than the local Hackneys. It's the same at LBA (Leeds Bradford) and so on.

Exactly, on our meter from LBA to Leeds centre it's about £13.50 (Private Hire). I think Hackney clocks about £15. But I'm not sure. £22.75 with Arrow, and the only difference is that they are one lay-by nearer to terminal...

Same with Arrow from EMA to our neck of the woods, we charge £33 Arrow charge £44. Like you Arrow are just outside the terminal building where as the booked cabs are in the pay and display car park.

Thats not the point is it, read my original message. Its not the price its the overall service that i have an issue with.
FOR EXAMPLE:

DRESS CODE
ABILITY TO SPEAK ENGLISH
KNOWLEDGE OF AREA
GENERAL DOMEANOR
ETC

I think they should, but then again some punters are happier to pay for a dress code driver, and some are happier to pay less for a licensed service via a non dress code driver.

Horses for courses as they say.

non dress code isnt the problem, the problem is ridiculous dress code, for example multicoloured gowns, and what look more like what a woman would wear, , and what a could only describe as mumba jumba talk.

just any normal clothing and the proper use of the english language would be a start in the right direction.
