The country is fu*ked, and things aren't going to improve anytime soon. I'm afraid it's every man for himself. Pulling the plug is the right thing to do under the circumstances. :-|

Every market has to crash at some point in order to reset itself and without government interference. :-|

Why aren't hackney carriages licensed from other districts currently allowed to work in Birmingham? :shock:

they are doing whatever Brum council says........and I have it on good authority some of brum's licensing staff believe the out of town Hacks can lawfully park on brum taxi ranks

Interesting. They certainly can't ply for hire from them, but park ? After all they're stands for licensed vehicles, do they have to be licensed in that district though ?
