I guess it depends how clean the establishment is where you get the kebab from and for that the quality of the meat in the kebab as that is the only thing that has much fat or additives in it

The myth has always been that its the kebab meat thats at fault, made out of rubbish, offal, waste but in all honesty Ive never been bad after one, we always have ours from a very clean, well run chippy, ive never had one from a "Hal Kaleed
best meat boss, you want sauce" establishment like some shown on Grime busters, usually inner city shops, Ive had Indians that sent my arse into orbit but thats down to Vindaloo curries

Over the last 10 or 15 years ive heard that EVERY food is bad for us, plus wines, plus beers....

Might be easier for "them" to tell us what we CAN eat

off for a black pudding and scratchings now...

I have the odd grilled chicken kebab, no sauce, and salad in a flat bread from our local ockabasi restaurant.

They're very nice, and very fresh.

Wouldn't touch one of those doner things that stand in the shops. How long do they stand there being heated and reheated?

How to [edited by admin] yourself to death.

At 2 in the morning the only alternative is a sandwich and a pack of walkers from the petrol station.
