News in routeOne bus trade magazine is that Adison Lee also sold their coaching interests at the same time. Companies involded are Redwing and Reliance of Gravesend, apparently sold to the original owner of Reliance. the sum of £30m was mentioned ISTR though I may be wrong on that one.

I wonder if the vendors of AL are getting out following their pasting in the high court in their battle against TfL over the right to use bus lanes and other legal challenges they're mounting in the ECHR? Thsi may leave the new owners with some hefty legal bills. :lol:
