Maybe so, but at court no evidence was offered in respect of that issue. Thus the fella is 100% not guilty of that charge.

The report states that he pleaded guilty to the charge. It was the other charges that no evidence was offered.

As I said he pleaded guilty to not filling in the forms, nothing else.

He was originally charge with the renting/selling stuff, but found not guilty of that by the judge when no evidence was produced.
