It's typical in my experience, however, what happened here was those causing the trouble were given office jobs and the drivers were told if they didn't like it they knew where the door was :wink:

as opposed to all drivers leaving and starting their own co-operative..............weird - I cant be the only one thinking its difficult to run a taxi company with no fecking taxis???

Clearly but some don't think outside the box and lets be honest they don't exactly make it easy to accomplish such things here :roll:
