Quick bit of research and it seems mini roundabouts are the same as full sized ones, you have to go round them (unless the size of vehicle makes it impossible to do so).
However it is only a mini roundabout IF it has the correct markings and signage - if the markings are not there then it is not a roundabout and you can drive over it.
The roundabout has to have arrows round the edge as shown here;
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2002 ... 113_en_115It is also not a mini roundabout if any of the following apply;
• it has a diameter less than one metre or
greater than four metres;
• it cannot be driven over;
• it has a surface colouring other than
white;
• it is not reflectorised;
• it is constructed of granite setts, block
paving or other textured material (unless
coloured white);
• it contains street furniture
• it has a raised kerb (more than 6mm);
• it has non-prescribed road markings such
as concentric rings;
• it incorporates road studs

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... report.pdfLooking at the video in the first post the roundabout does not comply with the traffic signs regulations and is therefore not legally a mini roundabout, therefore there is no obligation to go round it.
