I think seeing as it is the operator that sets the fare then it is the operator that needs to talk with these guys via a rep. If they have refused to talk to them or don't really care then the drivers should hit them where it hurts, in their pockets by withholding settle until the matter is resolved. It's not rocket science ffs

sadly your dealing with people who not only don't have a grasp of licensing law they have no grasp of basic English either.

I don't feel sorry for these people, I feel sorry for those who hire them.

If they want to hand over a slice each week and be dictated to as what to charge it's their stupid fault. Throw the radio and Datahead back.
