I was born and raised in England. English is my only language. I don't have a GCSE or an O level in English. I have a CSE grade 3. However I do know where my certificate is should I ever need it.

Nice article from ITV News.

http://www.itv.com/news/london/2016-12- ... b-drivers/

I'm sorry, but if drivers can't answer those questions then best they start sweeping the streets or stacking the shelves.

Now when I mentioned that it was Boris you didn't say it was anything to do with Ken, You said it was Sadiq. It looks like you don't know whose idea it was.

Maybe certain politicians and Union reps met in a boozer and decided to give the proprietors the top Test secure in the knowledge that they would corrupt it as they have :D once that had occurred the plan was to remove the top test from the proprietors having proved conclusively that they were corrupt as they DID :D and then up the top Test so that it would be impossible pass without a good knowledge of English and of course to provide ESL [English as a Second language] courses to Union members for free!

That got fooked by the tory ponce Boris being elected #-o #-o So now Sadiq refines the plan and has the proprietors by the bollox :? for their corruption is available for all to see on the UPHD site but NOT the GMBPDB one i wonder why   so 130000 Drivers will be whittled down to about 35 40000 meaning chaos for the proprietors great times for Drivers increased earnings for less hours and maybe some employment rights :D and of course improving the professionalism of the PH industry considerably :D and no doubt the Hacks will be delighted to see all those PH vehicles removed from the streets

and of course the genius who thought of the petition helps no end by not being able to get even a third of the drivers affected to sign it    stupidity beyond belief :D :D but to be expected from Amateurs well done Stevie loon

      :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" :-" [-X
