Now that will be decided when the TfL appeal takes place, but at the moment Uber could say that they have different procedures for different countries.

On a side note Mr Button is of the opinion it doesn't really matter. I think he views the issue of dispatch as a red herring as the act only deals with acceptance and advertising, not dispatching.

Now I don't necessarily concur, but it is a point if I was Uber I would be going large on.
