Looks like MyTaxi are taking lessons from Uber in respect of not giving a f*** about licensing laws.
Now we all agree that 100% hackney firms/apps don’t need an ops license, well at least in England and Wales. Thus MyTaxi doesn’t have one.
However if an app firm is as stupid and naive enough to put a dual licensed driver on their system, and then not check if that dual licensed driver was actually driving a hackney, rather than a PH, then hopefully they might find themselves in court.
