he'll have a social worker fighting his corner,
can hear them now how he's a reformed character and done his time.
he should be allowed another chance...

well at who's expense...? the customer of his cab...!!
can you imagine a couple of years down the line if he killed a passenger and it came out he done time for murder... they'd be uproar.

save time, money and heartache for someones family dont give him it. no appeal either.

he's necky now for applying for a licence.
he'd be even more necky if they'd of hanged him when originally sentenced...!!

sounds like this boy is a total nut job and its beyond me how he is still not in jail when its quite clear that he is a penny short of a pound and
no LA would take the chance and grant him a taxi/ph badge just in case he does somthing daft again.
