The problem you have is that you are confusing two seperate issues. JD has pointed out to Carlisle a judgement that they admit they didn't know about.

But it was the local taxi association that wanted to make 100% WAVs. And that's the issue the lad you spoke to had the hump with.

I don't take delight in calling you an idiot but the word is quite apt in your case. I'll give you an extremely good example why?

My first comments on the illegal condition attached to the Carlisle Taxi rank, appeared on this forum on Feb 15 2007.

Shall we call the above selective memory disfunction?

Shall we call it 2005 and a thread that wasn't approrpriate to events leading up to my involvment since I told you in february 2007 that I couldn't let this go unreported. Looking at the thread in 2005 it was fairly obvious that I was concerned about he illegal condition but now knowing that much about it, I obviously let it go.

You might have stopped your mate from looking a complete idiot by informing him that it was Carlisle Taxi association that asked for no more saloon vehicles to be licensed. Although I doubt it would have sunk in.

Regards

JD

That is, of course, your opinion ............................. and I can easily understand why you have thought of the situation in the way that you have ................... however my opinion is that the drivers that I spoke to believe that the association was forced into making a request BEFORE the decision was made for them.

BTW neither of the drivers were driving vehicles which only cost £1500 one was a saloon in a year old car and the other was in a 4 year old WAV.

Its pretty much a "best of a bad job" scenario for the majority, in my opinion............ although I suspect that challenges could well being made and possibly be supported by a certain individual who will no doubt remain nameless.

In your opinion I'm wrong ....................... In my opinion JD knew about this situation for over a year and did nothing about it ................... it was only when he embarked on a witchhunt he decided it was wrong and needed his intervention.

What has become a habit of those on here who are trying to hide things is the speed at which they resort to personal insults .................... but I suppose that is because of the obvious lack of evidence to their lies rather than their lack of intelligence.

There is the link that proves JD was aware of the Carlisle situation in 2005.

Just for those who skip the first page of this thread.

Well it was actually two years, so can you only count to one or are you just trying to misrepresent people as usual?

And given that you and Wayne quite often seem to forget what you say a few posts up a thread then perhaps two years can be afforded a bit of license (good pun, innit?)

So he was an iffy mush for not acting in 2005, and an iffy mush for acting in 2007.

I'm glad we have cleared that up.

Happy easter to you and yours too bud.

You do know Easter is in the memory for people being crucified dont you? or does this website prefer to start early

But I seem to have aquired this reputation

On another note to JD.....

Dont you think the object of your hostility should be a system where an LA tells all HC owners to be of a certain vehicle type by 1984 and then changes its mind within 9 years?

regards

CC

Sussex, it's one thing thinking your a taxi driver, but wholly different when you think you're Christ.
