Of course none of this means that you are not right!

There is a comma missing after "... not..." and a question mark missing after "...on here." . It would seem that the tone of your riposte is denoted by your failure to attend to your grammar. Not quite an efficient proof reading is it? Or could you have just been so bad tempered you couldn’t wait to read it through.
However, your solace can be that you participate in what you declare as prevalent, namely, inefficient or clumsy bad tempered postings.

maladroit
/mal droyt/
• adjective inefficient or ineffective; clumsy

splenetic
/splinettik/
• adjective bad-tempered or spiteful.
— ORIGIN Latin spleneticus, from Greek splen ‘spleen’

Well that's the nature of the forum beast, mr thinker, and presumably you're not suggesting that other similar forums are any better in this regard?

And surely you'll agree that there's positive stuff on here as well?

Indeed, I seem to recall a period when Mr Casey was constantly lavishing praise on JD, thus it can't all be bad?

Would we really spend so much time on forums if we didn't enjoy it.

For some it is a sort of sick obsession.

Maybe I should have reported my meeting with Sussex.
