Am I reading this correctly?

I can't find anything in the Scotsman or CEC website which states Edinburgh is going to lift the limit on Taxi's?

Is this speculation, or have we a date pending for this?

I can't fault you for your determination and energy on this mission Skull, but I hope you can make a living from the trade if the numbers are lifted, that's a lot of PH drivers that are going to be changing sides, along with a lot of other drivers who currently do 12 hours, maxing them up to 14 or perhaps more over the weekend.

The council leaked the story to the Evening News. You know how it works. No date yet but I am sure it will be before councillors are forced to enter the witness box.

As for making a living, it won’t even concern me. De-restriction wouldn’t even come close to making me sit-up and take notice. I’ll leave the fear, panic and destruction to those who need the lesson – read the book seen the film and bought the T-shirt.
