Which add to their drivers hours.

ANY driving for hire or reward counts toward a bus drivers hours, and have to be declared to the bus company.

Maybe not but the likes of me would report them, and tell them to their faces that they have been reported.

Especially firemen.

Y would they use a people carrrier / mini bus carrying 7-14 people when they can fit more on a single or double decker?

.......If its because they will charge you more for the people carrier / minbus then i dont think nobody will use it.

The type of people that use nat xpress coaches are using it as its cheaper than the train :) They wont pay more to use the nat xpress minbus

4th sept 2007 -Another one of them national xpress double deckers crashed again today!!

It was a single deck coach not double deck

Only if they hold PCV licence, if they use 8 seaters no pcv required.
It would only effect pcv drivers regarding duty time not driving time as driving a non pcv is counted as other duties.
