No....the increase was passed;

£2.30 for first 7/10th and thenafter 20p per 1/10th. Day Rate.

So day rate 1 mile Costs £2.90...thenafter £2.00 per mile.

Procedure is to meet the LA once per year to discuss fees. The headline is wrong.
