It does get a bit confusing but the Ross fellow is an ar** kisser and we are not. Ross thinks everyone should do what they are told and accept their place in the food chain regardless of the rights or wrongs. Ross thinks we should bend over for anyone who remotely looks like authority and we don't. Ross can't do anything without asking his owner first because he is not allowed to have his own opinion. And yes you guessed it we like to have our own opinion and Ross doesn't think this is right.
