That depends on a couple of things

How long it takes to get out of the union.
How much more of an ar$e the unionists make of the UK economy before we leave.

At least 10 times less than Westminsters, around £77 billion, with future natural resources our share is a drop in the OCEAN  The great thing is though we can take as long as we like to pay our share back, we may even pay it back on low interest over 200 years if we like, im sure ive heard something about long long term government borrowing at low interest :!:

It's a good job you think there's no need to put a case for the onion, because there isn't one.
If there was a case, the Onions would be falling over themselves to make it.
Instead, you have scare stories, downright lies, personal attacks, abuse, patronising bollux and jock bashing.

You have no argument. No case to put.
Just too small, too poor and too thick.
The sad thing is, you actually believe it.

There's none so blind as those who will not see.
A lifetime of onionist lies and you still lap it up and ask for more. At least their effort wasn't wasted on you.

Westminster is pi$$ing down your back and telling you it's raining. They've been doing it so long, you've bought the onion jack raincoat and umbrella.
How does it feel to have such a low opinion of your fellow Scots?
If they are your fellow Scots, that is.

You'll be sorely disappointed that I am as Staunchly Scottish as you are, I have as High an opinion of my fellow Scots as any Scot...what hurts is to see them fall for the kind of guff that the Indys spew out, That said I'm tolerant to the views of others and thats where I differ from the Nasties who look upon their numerically superior unionist fellow Scots as the Devil Incarnate.

If anyone seems to have a low opinion of their fellow Scots it is the likes of you....you have been so easily brainwashed by the SNP that you just cannot accept that the majority of your fellow Scots can have an alternative view and that worries me....its the same type of bullying mentality used by the pre war German National Socialists and where no other political view or opinion was tolerated.

You lot are going to become unstuck anyways....I see the Orcadians and Shetlanders would rather remain Unionist or possibly become an Independent region themselves rather than be under the heel of an Independent Scots government....and with them would go about a 1/4 of Ecks Scots Oil reserves.

Then Maybe we Lowland Scots will seek to be Independant from all things Edinburgh and northwards, Then you can have your own Independent "Grannies Hieland Hame Kingdom" to yourselves...Id happily back that plan now!!!

You should listen to yourself some time britnock.
Staunch must have different meaning where you are.
Here a staunch Scot is proud of their country but you never miss an opportunity to run yours down.
Your opinion of the Scottish people is lower than a snake's bollocks.
You do not trust the Scots and do not think they are capable of running their own country.
You spout onionist guff like it's gospel, even when it's proven to be bullshit.
You say that your fellow scots will run the country like a one party fascist state, yet you offer no proof of this.
You demonise the SNP as Nazis and Salmond as Hitler or the Antichrist, again without a shred of evidence.
You think everyone should just take your word for all of it.
You listen to nothing that doesn't fit your sad little opinions and you think you are tolerant?
Tolerant my hairy highland ar*ehole.

I believe I have the right to question the status quo. You think I do not. [-X
I believe I have the right to try to persuade my fellow Scots that my opinions are right.
You think the Scots should just accept without question that you are right. [-X
I do not fear debate, you want to stifle it.
Strangely enough, the Nazis didn't think they needed to explain themselves either. Another thing you onionists seem to agree on.

Like I already said, the Orcadians and Shetlanders can do whatever they like.
If they want to rejoin the onion, that's up to them. I would hope we can pursuade them otherwise but ultimately it's their decision.
Same goes for your neck of the woods.
Not so sure the English would want you though. Not much oil in your waters and they already have plenty of sheep.

Pricks like Tavish Scott are just mischeif making.
I wonder if he's told them that England are looking for somewhere to keep some nuclear subs, as far from London as possible with easy access to the Atlantic?
Not forgetting somewhere remote to dump all their nuclear waste?
Not to mention the Central European Time zone that the English will almost certainly adopt. That should go down well at those latitudes.

Oops, now I sound like an onionist scaremonger

Your a lost soul fighting for a lost cause...your nonsense may delude some to think that Scotland could survive better alone but it will not convince the majority of Scots that it can.

As for the Union, It's whole is more than the sum of its parts..only a Shortbreadaholic Heather louper could fail to see that. Personally I'd rather have 20% of something than 100% of nothing and thats how it would work out in little Scotlandshire Stuck between Oil rich Shetland and Orkney and England.
