Course we want to see the summons and reasons though I feel the lawyers are circling this site!

You're right supermarket this all has to end in the two committees being able to work with each other.

Then my friend our work is done =D> =D> =D> =D>

Good morning Mr FB. I can't work out why they would block the post or bar you from the site. I think you have given a clue as to your identity by stating you will be barred again, although that's not important. What is important is that the members of Central are not being lied to by the current committee or any previous committee. They have all paid their money for the position and have voted people they thought they could trust to run THEIR company for them!! If these people have been lining their own pockets then f there is proof they deserve to be punished accordingly. If the current committee have mid dealings and it is proven then the same applies. I agree with you that the decision to pull out the FTS tender and go it alone was suicidal and the consequences could be severe. I know that the majority of Central members and drivers don't believe that it was Central's decision to go it alone but there are facts there to prove it was. What would be interesting! If the committee had pit it to the members that the committee had decided to go for the Airport Tender themselves and put it to a vote, how many members would have agreed with the committee and voted yes. I hope we can get some feedback. If there was a way to resolve the Airport tender and have both companies back as FTS servicing the Airport that would be a result, sadly I think that chance has gone. I do think there are a number of questions to be put to the committee on Sunday but whether they will is another thing.

There needs to bd proof though FB!

Do you wish to see a copy of the summons and reasons?

By proof do you mean you wish to hear the call from Central to City informing them that Central had decided to go it alone?

As stated before I don't need to hear the call to know it did happen.

I agree with you Boab, the decision to go for the Airport Tender alone by the Central Committee has far reaching consequences for all. The hypocrisy is astonishing. CRT have won recent contracts with aggressive discounts that have eliminated the others from winning. They are not happy that their earning potential has been put at risk by a committee who took that decision without asking the people who put the money in to the company, the members, remember it is YOUR company. Ask yourselves honestly, would you have voted yes to pulling out of the FTS joint tender if you were asked. If the majority say no then you must act at your meeting. I have heard that the City Cabs committee have put out an open invitation to all City Cabs and Central members to prove they have acted professionally throughout the entire Tender Process. I wonder how many have actually taken them up on this offer, and if not why not?

There is a positive today though. The managers job has become available at Tynecastle today, the CRT committee should be given the job, there surely is still enough time for them to ensure relegation! GGTTH

Wrong again. I've been on holiday. Just got back to all the rubbish posted on the site.

Who cares about central anyway. IMHO its just a scumbucket.

BTW I take being described as a lunatic cabbie for advocating derestriction as a supreme compliment.

If the trade had embrace derestriction, we wouldn't be being held to account by an increasing PH hinterland. The thickos in the trade protecting their illegal plate values have ignored the lessons of Glasgow, and allowed it to happen here. Couple of years time and PH are going to outnumber blacks two to one. You scumbags did it. It's all down to you.

If the goings on at Central prove one thing, it is the inherent corruption endemic in our trade. Either masonic or greed. I just hope that any police investigations lead into the elected and unelected officials in the council over the last 20 years. It's a nest of vipers.

And Longshanks. You have to be stupid for not acknowledging that IO have NEVER posted anonymously. Out of all who post, only Garry and I have had the courage to state our views openly. Scumbag cowards like you prefer to sneak about, opening your gob, and then scurrying back under your stone.

And a further reminder. Most LAs in the country DONT restrict numbers. Only the corrupt control freaks do. And given the corruption being revealed, we know why.

=D>

Go to Jail. Do not pass GO. Do not collect ....

Hannibal my little starling my principles are intact.
It seems some have cried to their mammys so the fun is over.
Let's just hope central and city can work together to benefit the rest of us.
Somoneysupermarket a last poem before we go?.......

And now the end is near.......

Now Phoney there may have been flaws
But you really are clutching at straws
Now sit in your seat
And accept the defeat
I bet it feels like a kick in the baws

You may act like your President Carter
But our guys were a little bit smarter
It wasn't down to bad luck
You just fu&cked it up
You can tell you just talk oot yer farter

Will the members stand by your side
After you've taken them for a ride
They'll have their say
If its you who must pay
And then they'll just cast you aside

Only a few days to go
To the eagerly awaited show
I can't wait to see
What your outcome will be
From a hot seat in the front row
