If when they ring your firm you get the job, via the normal booking procedure, then you are ok.

I think the law should say you have to do the list system as were I work when a the public who don't know the law approach a ph thinking its a taxi now after all the undercover police stings the ph firms are telling there drivers to tell the person to ring the firm an tell them a driver is there so the ph driver takes the job an with every ph firm being £3 anywere around town the people are doing that instead of taking a hackney as our fares are set by the council,
Just to let you know the snow fares wernt our fault as the council changed the fares so the reason we didn't use them was because our meters wernt updated the council an peter seal have appoligised to us .
