So well done you! Garry isn't driving a cab because you egged him on to follow this path......you f*cking halfwitted cretin.

You must be the most erudite journapist in Taxi Talk

But let me tell you what my real problem is.

Garry doesn't want to drive a taxi.

He doesn't care if he ever drives again.

This fascist council's policies have emoved any prospect of mking cash in this market. The tory government has ruined the economy. The game's fecked. Hadn't you noticed CC? And you supposedly the man with his finger on the pulse

Garry hasn't had a holiday in yonks.

Monday comes, he signs on.

His buroo will be told that this council took away his livelihood.

They made him unemployed.

Think they'll be impressed that butchers, bakers and candlestick makekers are just cosy the government more?

Of course there are thousands of jobs in NB that Gary could do? Not!!!

Wrong victim boys.

So, what was that erudite comment of yours?

Who's tucking you in tonite CC?

Go on CC. Make my day. tell me you'rw a closet jambo.

whats a jambo?

I dont think the Tory's ruined the economy.....it was in my view the labour governments neglect.

I know Garry didn't want to drive cabs......so I guess his dream has come true, and I hope he thanks you for helping him achieve his goal.

As for your council......what on earth did you expect?

But as Toulson LJ, says,

they are not questions of the “heads or tails” variety. They involve an evaluation of what is to be regarded as reasonably acceptable in the particular location. In any case, deciding what (if any) conditions should be attached to a licence as necessary and proportionate to the promotion of the statutory licensing objectives is essentially a matter of judgment rather than a matter of pure fact.

- and the judgment itself is an expression of the power that has been delegated by the people to an elected body as a whole, to decide what the public interest requires.

ffs....a human rights case that backs the LA decision?

whatever next.

I guess the public interest declared that Garry wasn't a fit and proper person to be licensed.

Unless of course you want to take the stated case on too?

Yeah I thought you'd say that.....I posted a case tonight on the court database section......unfortunately for your case it doesnt look good.....but its an English case so will only be persuasive in Scotland?

The summing up by the Human rights people seems to demolish an awful lot......still it might save a few quid

No. If someone had made allegations about me, taking the moral high ground is one thing but if my livelihood and supporting my family are at risk then I will at least defend myself and give my version of events

What's strikes me is that many have asked what the complaint was- doesn't matter your thoughts and feelings if they were unfouded - I'm sure the actual complaint would have a bearing on this. Yet gary hasn't told us what the complaint was? And as you said it one man v another and had Gary went to the cab office or the hearing he wouldve been able to put his side of the matter forward. Perhaps he didn't attend as he knows the allegations made against him were true?????

So what was the complaint about in the first place

How much longer is this your "master plan"? 6 years you've been banging on about how this is the route you want to take and your moving the pieces into place and how the endgame is near! Yet your not one iota closer

Hitler had a 'master plan' and look where it got him!!

Shot his missus, then turned the gun on himself and then their bodies were burned.

Is history about to repeat itself with two similar partners?
