Apology accepted =D>

As for the ph I think a good number of them would find it difficult, afterall it's a 15year checkable background and could most of them meet that requirment?

Yes I did make that up but hey it was rank talk. SORRY #-o

you've been to the taxi drivers school of logic alright.

i don't know if they could meet that requirement, neither do you so why say it :?:
btw what makes you think that they all need it after all not all hacks in the radio companies have it! do they.
and yet they got the contract.
i really could care less about what happens in radio companies and contracts etc, but im no big fan of the radio companies and committee men as they are as thick as mince and have almost destroyed this trade thanks to their backward thinking philosophy.

Aye a tend to agree with your last part afterall they are trying to use disclosure trick on other contracts to force drivers into getting it.

As for the ph and I don't want this to sound racist, they do have a lot more drivers who would be uncheckable.

Is that so? the country that is alluding you is Scotland Ali because that's where I was born, Simpsons memorial in Edinburgh, 1962, but you know that anyway, unless that's four plates you have sold my 50k wasn't in a bag it was transferred from my bank account to yours, nothing dodgy about it, unless of course you have been up to no good with yer pals in the Council.

Inveterate liars and scumbags the whole lot of you, now if you recall the day out we had at the regulatory committee you for your next plates and me to be denied the ability to repay the £57k debt I had incurred because our scumbag council ignored the law, nothing new there then, I'm used to that though, aren't we all! Anyway at the time I did mention that it was really nothing more than an unjust enrichment, now it looks more like good old fashioned fraud! When you consider the flawed surveys it looks more like the Council were operating some kind of pump and dump licensing system.

If you think about it, it was really strange, I ask the council if I can apply for my own Licence and am told there is a waiting list which turns out to be the swindlers list after all  therefore I have to pay some ungrateful council type [edited by admin] somewhere! £50K! which I manage to do with some borrowing for the plate and a cab on hire purchase from the bank that at one time liked to say yes. I'm cool with that, that's how the system works, or so I'm told  in the meantime you have submitted that document in support of your application where you state that plates cannot be sold #-o , along with some other guff about other people and their poor financial management skills, our council don't seem to see anything wrong with this because ostensibly it's they who run the show although it is a poor show, very!

Anyway I make my escape from the kangaroo court and the bean flickers and tossers therein, I can once again be a fit and proper person but only if I attend Telford college for reprogramming where I have to sit for what seems like an eternity watching another adult jumping up on a seat pretending he's a caveman running away from a Sabre tooth tiger, I have to intervene to correct him once or twice lest it leads the others in the group into trouble, two years later, once they thought it was safe to do so the college phone to demand payment, I told them to send the bill to the Chief Constable or the Council, whether they did or not I don't know but I further resolve never to pay for anything our public servants/extortionists/organised criminals or whatever they are meant to be demand from me, take it off the £50k.

Here I am three years and one month later and everyone else, it seems, is still living a lie, allegedly on my behalf, in fact I don't want or need your crud and your unwarranted intrusion into my life or the supposed business that I was forced to "buy" from our council of life wrecking twisters, corrupter s and liars, now knowing you lot you will continue to try and justify the unjustifiable, defend the indefensible.

The treatment meted out to me was and is a fecking disgrace in a supposedly civilised society, what's worse you lot are proud of it, the council are proud of it, I'm obviously not, I'm ashamed that I voted for any of those queer [edited by admin], although it wont happen again.

Me, I have nothing but utter contempt and disdain for you my "friend", I pay £50k to you and you call me an idiot because I payed that instead of the £1250 you suggest I could have payed  , you're just a bunch of desperadoes full of hatred and loathing for other people, you've no respect, no human decency, no conscience.

The only thing that's "very, very, very dodgy" about anything to do with this is you pal, when I phoned you to tell you that the money had cleared my account you said, as I recall "good I'll go and get it out now" Why? when I phoned you on the other phone and never announced who I was you assumed I was "John Galloway" unusual bedfellows surely, One of the architects of the system and the systems supposed arch opponent.

It occurs to me that the chit may have hit the fan and you are now trying to suggest that the poor mugs you and your ilk have possibly defrauded are the dodgy ones, are you trying to deflect this from yourself, projection bias perhaps. #-o

Anyway I need to hand in my latest counterfeit note that I got last night to my local Dick Tracy of the yard type. in reality they will most likely throw it in the nearest bucket since they don't seem to give a monkeys either! Clydesdale bank £20 this time, serial No 765606 the last time it was a bank of Scotland £20, I believe they are passed to the serious organised crime squad for examination, unless they are otherwise engaged, using public money to finish the journey for Jasbars punters for instance, makes you wonder who they were protecting from whom.

It sounds like you've had a very nasty collision with the real-world Stu. Why were you sent to Telford?

Oh and haven't we been telling people like you not to buy a plate but to get together and challenge the council? Let's face it, Ali only sold you the plate because you were an idiot with a spare 50K. The truth will set you free Stu.

50K Stu! #-o You've lost 15K in three years. #-o

as for getting yourself into debt well thats up to you,you seemed hell bent on it,and when you did buy, rather than run the perfectly good motor that came with the plate, decided not to drive it while you awaited the delivery of another £30k worth of debt, more fool you.

I think Stu's finally woken up to the fact the system is corrupt. The thing I find really funny is we've been telling everyone this for years, and it's our fault for telling the truth.

Picture the scene, a guy walks up to you with 50K asking to buy a plate you don't own. You tell him repeatedly you don't own the plate, but he wants to buy it anyway. You sell him the plate, and then he's annoyed at being ripped off.

You just can't make this sort of [edited by admin] up.

I think you were a fool, parting with that kind of money in the first place Stu, but you can't claim you were not told. If you have an issue with anyone, it's with the council, and yourself for your own stupidity.

In short, Stu, you paid 50K to be owned by your council. #-o

Stu, is a typical example of why no one should be allowed to trade in council property.

In the past five years, we've gone from buying a “business” and “owning” a plate to holding a plate and buying a job.

If the Dougie Smith's (I don't know why it says smith's) and Fairplay's of this world want to play businessman, that's fine as long as you don't really believe you are one. The truth is, your council owns you, and if you can find a mug like Stu, to bail you out, that's just how the system works. It's only ignorance that keeps it going. :-|
