Beyond reasonable doubt is 70% +, not 100%.

Where's the 70% come from?
Looking at it backwards, 30% doubt, is some doubt indeed!!
Indeed, looking at it mathematically, 30% is more than halfway to 50%, in fact it is 20% past the halfway mark to 50%, and 50% is undecided and firmly in limbo.
So how can 70% be beyond reasonable doubt?
The minimum, in my humble opinion, to be beyond reasonable doubt should be 76% [in whole numbers that is], because then you would be less than halfway to the halfway pint [or point even] of 50% and so 76% is the lowest percentage that it could truly be said that it was beyond reasonable doubt!!
But then I suppose there would be many of us that would see that as the barest of minimum percentages to declare 'beyond reasonable doubt' and woukl far rather the percentage was a good deal higher, perhaps above 90% or even as high as 95%.
But then mathematically 76% will do!!!
