Being painted and signed this week I'm told. The silly existing one that's 23 miles down the road will act as a feeder. Reports from the shard tonight indicate cabs are being pulled onto the hotel/shard forecourt and waiting there for the jobs. What a difference a week or two makes.

Don't these things require some sort of traffic order before they are implemented?

It's a tmo free street at the mo as it's cut in half due to works for next 3 years, hence no real enforcement can take place. The rank will simply be incorporated into the final orders when they're made.
