This bar steward is going to feel right at home if he joins up with Isis as the main reason men go to join them is so they can rape with impunity, I hope the Ruskis drop a bomb with his name on it.

only me and you commenting?

where's the f8cking outrage ?

All this "bailing" and "Tagging" along with soft sentencing is designed to save the "Crown" money. What we get these days is a token police force along with token justice, very much on the lines of a being seen, to be to be seen, having a police force, and a similar mindset with (apparent) justice. For the likes of (us), they just go through the motions of it, garnishing vast salaries at the same time for themselves, and keeping people believing that the police force is there for them  and of course the old rolled out favourite "British justice is Best"

Having said that; If the crime is against the "Crown" or one of them, then 25 years is not uncommon.

No reason to refuse him bail.

He had a clean criminal history.

He had never failed to attend court during and before the trial up to Monday.

Just because you are a foreigner is not enough to keep you on remand.

In short the judge was right.

Umm his passport should have been held......pending! That to my way of thinking should be the case for anyone defending such serious charges. In the event of it causing a loss, then they should receive compensation.

even to let him keep his passport ? It's hardly a one off should it not be compulsory for people facing trials to hand over their passport as a bail condition ?

So we have to be the dumping ground of the world do we every time some despot in an overpopulated country with no birth control and rampant population growth flexes his muscles we have to welcome them all with open arms along with the crime and poverty whilst the rest of the world looks on and says rather you than me mate

This is not racism it's called protecting our standard of living the world is too full why should we all have to give up our standard of living so that the irresponsible can all have 5 6 7 or 10 kids and then when they can't provide for them flood our country

No as hard as it is we should allow nature to control world population yes they are suffering in Syria AND ELSEWHERE but maybe out of that will come a better Syria with a more modern approach and sensible policies designed around sustainability. Exporting poverty isn't the answer eliminating it through careful management of the population and economy is what should be happening

TT we know from our own policies, that if you put a few bad ones in with good people, then it can turn whole neighbourhood's bad, on that basis alone it tells us an open door policy is not the answer. You only have to look at Germany,Sweden and France to know that it can only get worse.........we do not need worse.

I should imagine with you being an economic migrant (remember.......you ran out of spuds), then you probably do not grasp the difference of what we now have.

I think a simple guide line would be that if you're working, don't be having sex with customers. I mean really how difficult is it for a taxi driver to say 'no thanks, not tonight'. The guy here clearly has little regard for women to start with.

Problems start when religion like the one he preaches to have scant regard for lone travelling women. That's another woman who won't be going out alone at night ever again.

When loan women get into a Taxi they should be made to feel safe.

He was in court on a rape charge, that in itself is enough to revoke his passport.

The immigrants i meet in London are working in hospitals as nurses and Doctors because this sh"t government has stopped bursaries for training British nurses or their doctors helping to cover the shortage due to Students being unable to pay their fees or reluctant to rack up a life times debt!

Of course where wages are being driven down by BRITISH employers and Zero hours contract proliferating its easy to blame the immigrants but of course unfetterd Unions will solve that problem once Jezza gets in.
