This is for the hard of thinking with Cash available .

Some of these "businessmen" cabby types, are gonna go to the wall with debt they can't pay. If it's not the taxi and plate that takes them down then you can rest assured, it will be their Mortgage, Credit Cards and bank loans .

Trust me, they won't be waving but drowning . . . .

Whatever you do, don't buy before March, 2009. As little as a few thousand pounds could pick you up a plate. When credit dries up or you can't pay your loans, it's all about cash.

Posted in 2008. I could have presented another 50 similar posts without trying. This person is approaching 10000 posts on this site over the years. You would be hard pressed to find one positive contribution.
You have to wonder why anyone would spend such a large part of their life in such a way,[/

It's his time to spend as he pleases, Les. Why worry about it?
How much time have you spent going through his old posts and to what end?
Don't you have a company to run?

You also seem to spend more time digging out posters identities rather than speaking to their posts? Sort of confirms why they prefer anonymity.

You are correct I do have a company to run. I also have time off in which I may choose to spend some time on here.
I spent about two minutes digging this little gem out. i don't spend any time at all "digging the posters identity out" as you put it they tend to give themselves away.
