Bizarre post. Pay the price? What are you going on about? The Airport matter is boring and repetitive now Skull, bit like yourself. Sober up and stop thinking you're some taxi Rambo righting the wrongs. I wish all black cabs had access to the Airport but sadly things are the way they are.

If you care so much about the situation why don't you write, sorry email all these people you mention a lot to give you answers to the questions you continually pose. I don't have the answers Skull, I merely drive a taxi and come on here to annoy you.

Now your last comment is important.

Are you going to be honest and admit you had your licence REVOKED and there is no doggy day care place?

The truth will set you free Skull.....

Skull you really are a prize plank, funny that rhymes with [edited by admin]!!

Aberdeen for £1.80 per mile. Do the maths Mr Bean. City Cabs do not bid for contracts at ridiculous discounts, so why would they agree to do a contract job to Aberdeen at 30% discount??? We all know who would have jumped at the opportunity!!! I have asked a few drivers and they are of the same opinion!! It just seems to me that whoever your worm is keeps plying you with incorrect information! While he's plying you with dodgy info your plying yourself with the devils juice, ALCOHOL!!!!

You should maybe look at checking yourself in to the priory Skull, it may do you the world of good. My thoughts would be a shrink but at least there are people that may be able to help you!!!

City Cabs are going about their business in an orderly and professional manner Mr Bean. You should stop all your incoherent rants and untruths and let the Hackney Taxi Trades "Professionals" get on with their job. The members have shown unanimous support for the committee at the AGM so let it go Mr Bean.

Now where is this straightforward point you promised to enlighten us with?? Is it now lost in a fuzzy past?

I think I might start calling you "Mr Miyagi" wankon, wankoff, wankon, wankoff!!!!!

Enjoy the booze my friend, enjoy the booze!!

All it takes to be an owner in City Cabs is to have no integrity whatsoever, how embarrassing... #-o #-o #-o

Based on working for ECPH, and not having the brains to know what's going on out at the airport or in your office.

Deary me.... #-o #-o #-o #-o

I'm curious, how does this represent a 30% discount?

According to the official tariff available from CEC, the metered fare from Edinburgh Airport to Aberdeen Airport (129 miles) works out at £227.50 (give or take a quid or two)

The same distance at £1.80 a mile is £232.20 :?

Guzzie, there is no metered fare from Edinburgh to Aberdeen!! It is a fixed price based on distance!. Hope that clarifies that for you??

So your fixed price is considerably higher than the metered rate would be?

That's an Expensive journey, I'd be looking for around £200 for a similar journey of that distance. :?

Don't get a Taxi from Edinburgh to Aberdeen then guys. Remember Edinburgh Taxi drivers are the best in Britain and we don't get paid accordingly!! Aberdeen from Edinburgh will cost you £290. A bargain if I've ever seen one!!

The metered fare in an Aberdeen taxi would be around £255 but I'd be happy with £230 ish for it.
Must be good in Auld Reekie if they can turn down £230 for five hours.
