Why dont you just pay the going rate of £2.35 a mile, after all it makes no difference wether your a cabbie or PH, your not Family or close friends pal the £30 your quoting is what you would charge your wife 8) 8) 8)

i shall ring round the jock PH and let you know, but if i was charging £2.35 plm id have a very low mileage car outside, no wonder people avoid hacks
