Na, the problem here Ali is that 1st off you called me an idiot the other week and 2nd you insinuated that there was something very,very,very dodgy about the people who bought your plates me being the one from some unidentified Country I take it, great now I'm a foreigner in my own country aswell I assume we can use our powers of deduction for that unless you have sold more plates than three?

Bags of cash I never had money in a bag Ali it went from our bank account to yours so it's easy to trace, now you either clarify and retract what you posted about this or I'm off to see a Solicitor with a view to taking action, I'm finished with this air of suspicion that surrounds this plate 1278 and our personal finances and therefore turning me into a magnet for every weirdo going, it's unfair it's unjust.

Quite why one plate out of 1300+ should cause so many problems, well the mind boggles but there must be more to it than meets the eye and I'm going to find out because it doesn't really matter to me anymore, I'm going to sit back and let nature take it's course.

I'm of the opinion that it needs to be heard in a Court of Law, trouble is with you lot is that you think you can treat people like [edited by admin] and take everything they have with impunity and then deride them for it.

I have no problem with someone paying money for a plate that's not legally recognised as being sold or owned by the buyer. As I said before, if you bought anything, it was a job. You are a pseudo employee of the council, and you are owned through your financial commitment and dependency on the plate.

the truth is this

stu bought plate 1278, at the time stu was on this forum and i believe he supported our stance to a degree(correct me if im wrong stu)
he then asked if i was serious about selling my plate ,we met up and i told him i thought he should apply rather than buy
but he decided that he would rather buy in than take the risk of applying...... his choice.

now that he bought in and they have not derestricted.
now i don't know what stu's problem is,after all he got what he paid for,he made an informed choice.

i don't know why he now thinks that he was somehow hard done by.

if i had sold him it and then a week later they derestricted then i can see why he would be upset,but thats not the case is it.

now that we know the facts,i think you can draw your own conclusions as to why stu is acting like this.

yes!! i do, but he already knows this as i as good as said so before he bought,so whats the problem stu.

but as it turns out his investment has netted a decent return,at least it should have if he is any good with finances
