So are you now saying that it is ok to sell plates .................... and will you be encouraging people to buy them.

This situation seems odd to me ................... you've banged on for years about the wrongs you see with people protecting the value of HC plates yet it seems this little crew, you've supposidly been supporting, don't actually want deregulation they just want to get their hands on a free plate each so they can make a fast buck ............... and in some cases not for the first time.
