If you look back, my car is now 5 yrs old, not 5 yrs + at 1st licensing and as I said it's due for replacement shortly as I feel it's at it's life end for tax reasons.

Why can't you just be honest, you are a taxi rapist, you want full money from the public but offer then a cattle truck service, I doubt customer care ever entered your head, and here's another one for you, driving around in old cars is not healthy for you, the constant clatter will fatigue you faster than someone driving a nice smooth riding modern car, you'll pay more tax also and have larger repair bills, I've done this a long time and the best solution is to buy over 3 yrs and have at least half of a manufacturer's warranty still applicable, run it 30 mths and px it in while it still has a value against another car, sheesh I bet you lick the soup bowl and boil the chicken bones don't you scrooge.

does the age of youre vehicle have some relevence if it has can you please explain what it is.
because i just cant see it.apart from the tax purpose that is clearly youre prime motive.

there is already safegaurds in place as far as vehicles standards go,anything else is just spending for the sake of it not that i have a problem with it,you have a choice so do i,i chose the sensible way of doing it(never a lender or a borrower be) you chose an easier route but they must both meet the standard its that simple.

as i said be carefull what you try to impose on others sooner or later someone will impose unjust rules on you,and ther will be no one left to speak for you,and it will be to late.

i doubt your car would pass the standard up here you have no idea how strict they are,if youre vehicle isnt steamed cleaned underneath then they wont even look at it.

oh and btw niether of the vehicles i am putting on are trade ins bought private,fully reconed engines,no rattles,fully recarpeted and upholstered thoughout,and of course mechanically sound.
because i have real pride in my work.
