The half-daft Parents of a 13yr old boy allow him to go to School in a skirt, and HRA is seen to be upheld... is this really why the HRA was introduced ?. Sorry, I dinnae’ think it was. It makes a mockery of the real reasons why HRA should be a noble, “Act”, that should be part of all our lives. As far as the argument for de-restriction is concerned, HRA does not, quite rightly, apply. If it did, the legal-eagles who represent some.... would have challenged this a long time ago. They haven’t, can you guess why ?.

Fairplay, the boy wanted to ware shorts in hot weather instead of trousers. It should've been his choice, bearing in mind girls are wearing skirts. Don't you get it? He didn't just have a point. He was right? #-o

Did the male Teachers wear "Shorts" in this extreme Summer that I missed ?

Who the feck cares, he was right, and it wasn't for you or I, or anyone else, for that matter, to deny him his freedom of choice. :-|

You could argue it's the same argument for driving or owning a taxi. The choice to own or drive has absolutely nothing to do with you or I. :-|

But everything to do with the policy of the local authority, who regularly review their policy in line with both caselaw and guidance.

Funny how an individual's fundamental right fails to get a mention, don't you think? I wonder why?

Yes for the rest of his life he will be known as skirt boy........life sucks.....where did he get the money to buy a skirt? does he have sisters? never mind i'm reminded by the skit made by dennis leary;

You could be walking down the street tomorrow
Feeling good about yourself, drink free, drug free
Looking forward to the future
And somebody accidently nudges their poodle off of a 75th floor ledge

Doink! And he's headed for the ground
At a hundred and seventy five thousand miles per hour
And curchunk he's impeded in your head! You're dead on contact
The headline in the post the next day reads, "Man killed by best friend"

People cut the article out and they laugh about it at the office
And you're forever remembered as the poodle man!
"I knew the poodle man and he hated f*cking poodles"

Ii the, “Individual”, had the, “Fundamental”, rights that you’re on about, it would have been tested in Court a long time ago. There isn’t any, so give it a rest man. Or, take it to Court !

Dinnae’ worry Skull, you wont be the only one that will use , “The Boys right to wear a skirt”, argument. The Tories will luv’ this.... ( Another good reason for these, “Rats”, to get rid of HRA in this Country).
