I got an extra blonde day for christmas. I don't understand exactly what the problem is. Are these drivers from West Yorkshire licenced there or North Linconshire? |

Not knowing the area very well but at a guess it would appear that West Yorkshire is the more desirable place to work which is why their licences are more expensive and more difficult to obtain. Having obtained a licence for West Yorkshire why would you cross over to North Lincs? If it was a problem with out of area HC's plying in North Lincs then why are they not asking for more enforcement to prevent this happening. There is nothing in that article that implies there is a problem with cross border HC's. It perhaps is something similar to the Liverpool/Sefton situation but that is a PH issue and not HC issue. I think without a better understanding of the problem we could come up with quite a few scenarios
