In a case brought by the Swedish owner of the newspaper Business a.m. against an alleged cybersquatter based in Greece, a Scottish Judge has ruled that the courts of a country have the right to assert jurisdiction where a legal wrong is threatened within that country. Sorry boys, where a "legal wrong is threatened" , I don't think so somehow ..... 
You know, I'm really starting to enjoy this ....

I can't comment on things relating directly to, you know who, but there's nothing to stop me providing a facility for others. A site hosted in America, affords people the ability to remain anonymous, while having their say. I think I can report whatever is in the public domain, i.e. the case proper. I just can't comment on it in my usual fashion. The profile of this case will go through the roof as things gather pace. The exposure over the internet will do the rest. I know a sports writer who knows journalists, if you know what I mean - the interest was there before I even stepped into court. Talk about dirty washing . . . .
I've just got to be careful with Lord Emslie, his father was a Judge, and his brother is a Judge - get the picture.

I don't have to breach the Interim Interdict. All I have to do is to facilitate what is a matter of public record into public awareness. The corporate self-flagellation will do the rest - of that I have no doubt.
I read somewhere that you should never interfere with an enemy that appears to be hell bent on self-destruction - that's good enough for me.

My we are behind the times . . .. The period over Christmas and the New Year is slow news, and peoples minds are elsewhere. It's a whole different ballgame after the year ..... Oh and btw, in a few months plates will be worth a couple of balloons.
