i like the way you presume they can ,almost as if gaining an extension is a forgone conclusion,it most definatly is not. waiting for the results of a survey is a very poor excuse and its doubtfull that an extension to the 6 months would or indeed should be granted under those circumstances. |

If anyone in this licensing area wishes to apply for a license and they think they can complete the six months licensing process before the new survey is adopted by the council, then they should follow their instincts.
