A report was prepared by Probation.

The Bench sentenced Mr Rigby to a 12 month Community Order with 12 months Supervision along with an obligation to attend a Drink Impaired Drivers programme.
He has to complete 100 hours unpaid work.
He was disqualified from driving for 3 years but was offered the DDRehab Course.
He also has to pay costs of £65

The first offence was when he was allegedly spotted going round a roundabout too fast and the second time was when he reversed out of his drive and he hit or a car hit him.
