But on a serious note, you're quite right Nidge, too many drivers are walking health scares.
I know times are tough and working hours have gone up, but everyone can spare half an hour for a run / walk / cycle / swim a few times a week, and no one is forced to eat fried food or kebabs as a staple diet.
I cycle, I used to race and even now as a 'vet' (Over 40) I still compete on audax rides when I can. It means a lot to me and is great for stress relief after 10 hours in the cab, to do an hour or two on the saddle of a bike.
No health, no living, and that would be tough.
Your right there mate, many drivers are heart attacks waiting to happen with their lifestyles behind the wheel, many are parked up outside the local kebab shop or in MacDonald's car park eating their way into a wooden overcoat.
20-30 minutes exercise a day 3 times a week is not going to hurt anyone.
I went for a medical the other week, the doctor said to me do you smoke?? I said yes I do, he looked at me gone out. He said Mmmmm your blood pressure is bang on and your heart beat is like that of super fit athlete, at resting I got my heart rate down to 40 beats per minute, the doctor asked me how many I smoked a day? I said about 10-15 depending on what sort of day I'm having, he said well you should be thinking about packing them in because they aren't good for you. I said I'll tell you what I'll put a sticker on the side of the car saying working for a living will kill you therefor you must pack in working.

He laughed and said get out before I punch you one in the gob.
