Post subject:  A1(M) Hatfield Tunnel's closure
Once more chaos comes to the A1(M) in the form of two years worth of closures through the Hatfield Tunnels. :roll:

Proposed work:

Phase 1 starts 4th June 2009, 40mph, 3 narrow lanes in both directions.
Phase 2 starts July 2009 until May 2010, 2 narrow lanes open in the south bound tunnel only
Phase 3 starts May 2010 until March 2011, 2 narrow lanes open in the north bound tunnel only
Phase 4 will last for 1 month and return to 3 narrow lanes in both directions, still 40mph.
