The real story.


Colk and Fleming conspired to seize control of CRT by using company funds on a consultation process (believed to be £12,000) with the view that they should be subject to election every 3 Years, giving them Carte Blanche to do what they like. This is what we stumbled upon while attacking them on TDO, and that's what brought about the court case. All the money spent was down to these two scumbags. Anything said about the bint and them having to protect staff members was a smoke screen to justify taking legal action in a bid to further their election prospects.

Murray has covered Colky's as* all the way, even down to the gratuitous alienation of his assets i.e. his taxi and plate, even the radio credits were paid into Murray's bank account and that's why Colky, could resign at the last moment and steal the company data. Colky had nothing to lose – no substantial financial investment in CRT, thanks to Murray.

This pair of scumbags along with Pentland and Robertson used company funds as a weapon against their own members. Pentland used the discipline system to quell any dissension from the ranks while that thieving odious little shi* Robertson acted as his back-up. In short, the 12K Consultation was a grand plan to usurp the members power with the company lawyers being used to beat down Taylor and I along with members putting forward proposals that didn't suite their master plan of company domination. Even the Company Accountants were used to deny members access to a detailed understanding of what was really going on with their company.

How much did the court case cost? Shocked

CRT is a laughing stock.

As elected Office Bearers Colky and Naeneck had a duty of care to act in the best interests of the company and that of its members. Instead the bold boys acted to protect and serve their own interests and misappropriated company funds to achieve exactly that aim. And by doing so they have brought the company into disrepute.

If anyone wants to check with Companies House you can confirm the gratuitous alienation of Colk's assets i.e. his Taxi and Plate through Mrs Naeneck? Then why not ask naeneck who's bank account was used for P191 credits to be paid into?

What substantial financial interest did Colky have in CRT? What did Colky have to lose as a Director of CRT? Who aided and abetted Colky in maintaining his position as Company Chairman?

Were Murray and Colky acting in the best interests of CRT or or were they looking after their own interests?

The Court Case?

The 12K Consultancy report?

The Incompetent Proposals?

The Incompetent Quorum?

All brushed under the table for the good of the company.

funny thing about gladrags is that he is willing to put up with the morons,racism,threats and incitement to violence.
he supports documented scum,who have probably done massive damage to the hack trade(in that the contract will never now came back to the hacks)

Not sure anytiing was directed at them. Just highlighting CRT.

Curiously, they objected to the posts, but haven't pulled them. So what was their beef with them?

I suspect they're just on a power kick. They think that issuing warnings somehow makes them important.

Have to say that fabricating posts purporting to be by Skull shows just how low they have sunk.

There's no honour there.

You know, with all that's happening, all the council's restriction policy is doing is bringing the whole trade into disrepute.

Rules is rules. Just because you exercise your right and you stick within them, doesn't make those rules right and just.

Here's another little nugget. The bold Colky rewarded himself to the tune of 32K for 9 months work, not bad when you consider that he was hardly in the office, but out on manoeuvres with with the City Cabs chairman. :roll:
