Now why would any council have to postpone a licence application? The application is in. The council knows what it has to do to process the application. It states clearly in the CGSA 1982 what that process is. Even a complete twerp could do it standing on his head. Couldn't be because they've been caught out? Couldn't be because they're scamming a game here? Couldn't be because they've fecked up and need to get their story right? Couldn't be because they're liars and they forgot to get their consultees to get their lies in place? Couldn't be because Cllr Colin Keir is such a dim feckwit he forgot his master's voice and needed more time to learn his script? Or could it be because the City of Edinburgh Council is so inept, so corrupt that they need to cross the Ts and dot the Is lest everyone sees exactly how corrupt it is? Or is it just that the Scottish Nasty Party who control the council haven't quite adjusted to how to completely abuse the political process? BTW How long till the next assault, rape or even murder? There's a lot of strange people heading our way, consuming a lot of alcohol Taxi !!!!! ........ |
