Just had a phone call from a mate who is a bus driver in Dundee.
It seems with the ongoing arguments about stopping/parking in bus bays, that ,with the councils blessing, the buses cctv cameras are to be used against the taxi drivers.

All Travel Dundee drivers are to be issued with a sheet on which to log the reg no and plate no of any taxi sitting or stopping in bus bays etc.

This along with the cctv footage will then be presented to the council.

Big brother is watching..................

Londons used enforcement cameras on Buses for many years.
Can't say I've ever heard of any Taxis being done.

What I can say is Bus Lanes in London have never been clearer (as much as they can be with a million buses on the road) from private cars, Minicabs ( :D ) and vans since cctv was used to enforce them.
