Bury, taxi driver stabbed this week end in Bury. Yet another Taxi driver is stabbed, with serious facial injuries and admitted to Hospital in Manchester. We have not much details as yet. |

An interesting point, and clearly cost is the only issue. So why don't folks get the cost of CCTV put into their fare formula, and then let the punters pay. |

It doesn't matter whether the cab is fitted with CCTV or not, it only works when it is switched on...... I fitted CCTV... to all my vehicles.... and most of the drivers never switched it on..... it comes down in the end to a personal choice, end of.. |

Get them installed through the government livability fund, your council will have funds available from central government for issues like this. We got ours installed this way. |
